What is statisticsTest ?

The statisticsTest package contains additional statisticsTest for scipy package.

What can it do ?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The supported test are :
- Chi2 square Cochran-Armitage trend test

Installation
~~~~~~~~~~~~

Clone the current repository ::
    git clone https://gogs.alibellamine.me/alibell/statisticsTest.git

Install dependencies with pip ::
    pip install -r requirements.txt

Then install the library ::
    pip install -e .
